Johnson County Senior Activity Center “Promoting Positive Aging by Providing Courteous, Professional, Caring Services Designed to Enhance the Quality of Life of Those We Serve.”

At Johnson County Senior Center, we provide a safe fun environment for seniors to enjoy. We are open weekdays from 8:00-2:00 and host a variety of activities. We serve a home-cooked, nutritious meal for lunch every day and a full monthly menu is always available. Seniors 60 and over, or the spouse of any senior 60 and over may eat here every day for a suggested donation of $5.00 per meal. Anyone f

rom the community is welcome to eat here for a suggested donation of $7.00 per meal. All carry-out meals, regardless of age, are a suggested donation of $8.00. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. We welcome community involvement and volunteers. Seniors provide a valuable resource in our community and we are happy to plan fun activities and events for them. We also run the Meals on Wheels program for Johnson County out of this center. Many seniors living at home are needful of a nutritious meal and we are happy to provide it for them. Please call the center or stop by if we can help you or a family member/friend with anything.
