No agenda. No presentation. Just good food and good company.

Join the Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club for a relaxed Tuesday evening at Blackhorse Pub & Brewery.

We’re stepping away from our regular meeting format to enjoy dinner, conversation, and time together. It’s a great opportunity to meet our members, bring a guest, and learn more about Rotary without sitting through a formal program.

Guests are always welcome. Come hungry and join us for a casual evening of connection and fellowship.

What a wonderful evening of fellowship, learning, and community connection!

The Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club was honored to welcome Doretha Minor, Chief Operating Officer of Manna Cafe Ministries, to our meeting yesterday. We learned so much about the incredible work Manna Café does to provide food, hot meals, health services, clothing, showers, career opportunities, and hope to people throughout our community.

Thank you, Doretha, for sharing Manna Café’s mission and showing us how volunteers and community partners can make a meaningful difference. We’re also grateful to Tammy Kelly, Community Development Coordinator, for helping connect people with opportunities to support this important work.

We’re feeling inspired and excited to serve alongside Manna Café during our September 1 service project!

Want to help? Learn more, volunteer, or give at MannaCafeMinistries.org.

Thank you to Marie Eppes and Marcella Bianco for joining the Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club for an informative conversation about dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and brain health.

One of the important lessons they shared was that dementia is an umbrella term, not a single disease. Alzheimer’s is one of several diseases that can cause dementia, and it is the most common.

Marie and Marcella also introduced the Alzheimer’s Association’s “10 Healthy Habits for Your Brain” and highlighted valuable resources available to individuals, families, and caregivers.

We appreciated the knowledge, compassion, and practical information they brought to our meeting.

Grateful for the Recognition

Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club is honored to be recognized by the Sigma Beta Club of Clarksville, as their Supporter of the Year.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support their efforts and to see these young men grow through leadership, service, mentorship, and brotherhood.

Recognition like this is a reminder of what can happen when organizations throughout our community come together to support the next generation.

Thank you to the Sigma Beta Club of Clarksville for this honor, and congratulations to the young men being recognized and welcomed into the club.

Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club is always happy to give back to our community.

We recently placed bird feeders at Spring Meadows Health & Rehabilitation, giving residents something new to enjoy right outside their windows. We loved spending time together and doing something meaningful for our neighbors.

If this kind of community service is your jam, we would love for you to stop by one of our meetings and get to know us.

Service becomes meaningful when it reaches the people it was intended to support.

The Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club was proud to join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville for a back-to-school pool celebration. After purchasing supplies and packing backpacks, our members had the opportunity to help distribute them and share a fun evening with the children and families.

Thank you to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville for allowing us to support the important work they do. Together, we helped local students begin the school year prepared, encouraged, and ready to succeed.
