Manna Cafe Ministries

Manna Cafe Ministries MCM is much more than a food pantry. Three days a week, we distribute food boxes to local families (currently totaling more than 40 thousand pounds per month).

Manna Cafe's mission is to serve people struggling with economic insecurity while restoring hope, dignity, self-reliance, community, and the love of God through Jesus Christ. We're unique in that we're mobile—meaning we serve hot, nutritious meals (4x/week, rain or shine) at outdoor locations in our city. We also carry out Mobile Pantries whenever we can; these are large, one-day events during whi

ch we distribute shopping carts full of groceries to 300+ families. We also offer a free health clinic every other Thursday; job and life skills training to the community; and a culinary internship via the Manna CATERS program.

We’re hiring a Community Engagement Coordinator!
Do you love telling stories that inspire people to get involved? We’re looking for a creative, self-starting content creator to help share Manna’s impact and grow our community.
What you’ll do:
Manage Manna’s social media platforms
Create photos, Reels, short-form videos, and other engaging content
Capture events, volunteers, programs, and real community impact
Promote upcoming events and volunteer opportunities
Support community outreach and engagement
Bring creative ideas to life from start to finish
Partner with leadership and staff to keep our messaging consistent
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience with social media and content creation
Can film and edit video content
Is familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube
Is creative, dependable, and a self-starter
Works well independently
Has strong communication and storytelling skills
Is open to occasionally helping with evening or weekend events

🚗 We're hiring Drivers & a Lead Driver!
Manna Cafe Ministries is looking for dependable team members to help with food rescue, store pickups, and keeping our fleet running strong.

Lead Driver
Oversee daily fleet operations, ensure proper PMCS inspections, keep vehicles clean & maintained to Manna standards, and communicate equipment concerns.
Strong communication + leadership skills required. Valid driver’s license, basic math, and vehicle care knowledge needed. Occasional Saturdays, evenings, events, and spontaneous pickups.

Driver
Assist with food rescue, store pickups, and other transportation needs. Complete basic PMCS inspections, follow directions, communicate well, care for our vehicles/equipment, and handle basic paperwork & math. Valid driver’s license required. Same flexible availability needed.
