Manna Cafe Ministries

Manna Cafe Ministries MCM is much more than a food pantry. Three days a week, we distribute food boxes to local families (currently totaling more than 40 thousand pounds per month).

Manna Cafe's mission is to serve people struggling with economic insecurity while restoring hope, dignity, self-reliance, community, and the love of God through Jesus Christ. We're unique in that we're mobile—meaning we serve hot, nutritious meals (4x/week, rain or shine) at outdoor locations in our city. We also carry out Mobile Pantries whenever we can; these are large, one-day events during whi

ch we distribute shopping carts full of groceries to 300+ families. We also offer a free health clinic every other Thursday; job and life skills training to the community; and a culinary internship via the Manna CATERS program.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Arby's Foundation for awarding us with a generous grant to support our mission of feeding kids and serving families right here in our community.

This grant will help us continue providing nutritious meals and resources to children in the community while expanding the impact we’re able to make every day. Partnerships like this truly make a difference for the families we serve.

Thanks to a Nourishing Our Neighbors grant from the Food Lion Feeds Charitable Foundation, we're able to provide nutritious food to families facing food insecurity while expanding access to nutrition education and healthy living resources.
