Thanks to the Leadership Clarksville Alumni and Class of 2027 volunteers who spent time working with Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County TN on 9/26/26 and 9/29/26.

Today, we celebrated the official unveiling of the Railroad Trestle Photo Wall on Crossland Avenue, a project that began as a Leadership Clarksville study group project and has now become a lasting addition to our community.

This project is a great example of what can happen when Leadership Clarksville participants see an opportunity, develop an idea, and continue working to bring it to life.

A special thank you to David Smith ’16 and Ellen Kanervo ’99 with the Clarksville Arts & Heritage Council for helping bring this project to fruition. The project was made possible through grant funding from the Tennessee Arts Commission, along with the support of the City of Clarksville.

We’re grateful to Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts ’99 and Montgomery County Mayor Wes Golden ’26 for their support of this effort.

It was especially meaningful to see so many Leadership Clarksville alumni at today’s unveiling, including one of our founders Dee Boaz '88. Projects like this remind us that the impact of Leadership Clarksville extends well beyond the classroom and continues through the years.

Congratulations to everyone who played a part in making the Railroad Trestle Photo Wall a reality! We’re proud to see the vision of our alumni continue to make a lasting impact on Clarksville-Montgomery County.

Plan A: Neighborhood Lot Clean-Up at 1118 Dodd Street will be clean up construction debris inside and outside of homes.
Plan B at a location TBD will be w**d eating and landscaping around homes.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Clarksville Rotary Club for recognizing Leadership Clarksville Executive Director Emeritus Carole Dorris.

For more than three decades, Carole poured her heart into Leadership Clarksville and into developing leaders who have gone on to make a difference throughout our community. Her influence reaches far beyond the years she served as Executive Director. The culture, relationships, and commitment to leadership that she helped build continue to shape Leadership Clarksville today.

Carole’s legacy is a special part of our organization’s story, and we’re proud to celebrate her and the tremendous impact she has had on Clarksville.

Thank you, Carole, for the leadership, friendship, and dedication you’ve given to Leadership Clarksville and to our community.

Ft. Campbell Day - Class of 2027 - 9/10/2026

Thanks to Ft. Campbell for hosting our class for a fun and informative program day. We started the day with a command brief and then experienced the Sabalauski Air Assault School. After a delicious lunch at Oasis cafe, we went to the 160th SOAR for a brief and history of the Night Stalkers, followed by a helicopter water crash and rescue simulation. We finished the day at the Wings of Liberty Museum where one of our class members, Peyton, is a volunteer and provided us with information about the museum.

On August 13, the Leadership Clarksville Class of 2027 gathered at Old Glory Distilling Co. for a special reception hosted by the Leadership Clarksville Class of 2026!

It was a great evening of getting to know the newest members of the Leadership Clarksville family, making connections, and helping prepare them for their upcoming class retreat. We’re excited to see all that the Class of 2027 will accomplish!
