It's truly a blessing to navigate life after incarceration, and I never imagined I'd have the opportunity to share my story on a panel. I believe it's through God that I'll be able to speak to others and let them know that change is possible. For me, leadership is about vision and responsibility, not power. Owning my story and extending love to others is evidence of my guiding principles and the bravest experience I've ever had. There's immense joy in achieving what others deem impossible, and I've learned that the quality of our thoughts shapes our happiness. It's essential to know yourself, your beliefs, and your direction in life.

I'm actively practicing gratitude, which I believe will lead to happiness and success. It's helping me appreciate the life I have now and realize that I don’t need to wait for something extraordinary to happen to be thankful for the present moment. I encourage you to explore the power of gratitude in your own life.

The real flex is the amount of lives you can positively impact just by being yourself .
