Hey, Falls friends! Shaley Pebbles here with your inside scoop: TWO exclusive members-only events are coming up with two unforgettable ways to explore the extraordinary.

Gather around the campfire for Fireside at the Falls on October 27 and discover the fascinating geology of the Falls with Dr. Lee Phillips. Then, on November 10, look up and out into the universe at Stargazing at the Falls, featuring the Louisville Astronomical Society and powerful telescopes for a closer look at the night sky.

Both experiences offer a chance to discover something new, connect with fellow Falls enthusiasts, and experience this extraordinary place in a whole new way.

Looking for a way to take a little bit of the Falls home with you? New merchandise is available at the gift shop inside the Falls of the Ohio Interpretive Center, and we can't wait for you to see it!

The shop already carries fossils, minerals, and jewelry alongside apparel, toys, games, and more, so there really is something for everyone in your circle. A keepsake from a first visit, a birthday gift, or a small reminder to come back and see more of the Falls area can all be found in the shop.

Saturday, September 26 is Rock the Rocks Family Fest & Benefit Concert — and this is your last call.

9 AM–3 PM | FAMILY FEST — FREE

Bring the kids. Bring your curiosity.

Dig for fossils. Make art. Pet a snake. Learn about fossilized dino p**p. Enjoy free admission to our exhibits. Discover something new around every corner.

Then, as the sun starts to drop, the fossil beds become your concert venue.

5 PM | ROCK THE ROCKS BENEFIT CONCERT

The Song Sparrows will kick us off with their bluegrass tunes.
Mama Said String Band is our headliner as they make a hometown stop on their current national tour.
A 5 p.m. sunset hike.
All-you-can-eat food from the always delicious Señor Iguanas restaurantes mexicanos.
Drinks and a bar.
Live music on 390-million-year-old fossil beds.

Your $100 ticket also helps support the Falls of the Ohio Foundation’s work in education, environmental conservation, and recreation.

This is not a concert you can recreate somewhere else. You could hear about it afterward. Or you could be there.
