Every day in some way Miss Mocha stops whatever she is doing to reach out a paw or give a little kiss to say thank you for this life we have given her.

Mocha has been in foster care here at Remedy Road for four years ~ almost her whole life. Mocha is sweet, friendly, snuggly, and loves to be loved. She is crate trained and does pretty well on a leash. She loves everyone and everything and we cannot say enough about this gal. She is love and fun!!

Mocha would like a home where she can play in a fenced in yard or be her silly little self with some kiddos. She is very human oriented so she wants to be close to the people she loves. Mocha is a great dog and so worthy of a home of her own.

Makenzie had a meet and greet yesterday. The family gave her a chance and we are most grateful but Kenz was not a good match. So last night our sweet shy girl received a brand new bone instead of a brand new life. 😭 Our hearts are breaking for her but we know her person is out there somewhere.

Who remembers this gal? Makenzie was abandoned with a horrific prolapse. Its been a long road to recovery but Mackie is healed and ready for forever! Makenzie is very loving but can be shy so she needs a patient home. She loves to play and roughhouse so would love a hone with a big fun outgoing dog. Mac LOVES men but is cautious with women at first. She WILL come around thought and absolutely adore her dog mom once she knows she is safe. 💕 Message us for more details!

We have been so blessed with our friends in rescue helping us find homes for so many of our long term residents here on Remedy Road but our best gal Cam is still searching for forever.
Camellia has been fostered by Rebecca so she has a solid foundation of love and care. Cam is 4 years old fully vetted up to date on all vaccines. She has received her wellness exam and our vet team says she is happy healthy and ready for forever. Cam is good with all dogs, loves her humans, is a professional snuggler but does not love cats.

Good morning ☀️ There has been so much happening behind the scenes here on Remedy Road. The most important being that our rescue community continues to step up to help with our long term Roadies and hard to place pups. We are beyond grateful for the support of our brothers and sisters in rescue. 🥰
Best news?! Moose has been adopted AND it looks like he is going to be taking his bestie River home with him!! Y'all this is a dream come true for these boys and we will be posting photos from forever asap!

🐾Here on Remedy Road we spent the weekend saving this sweet gal. She was found homeless with a severe prolapse. “Prolapse” means an internal body part has slipped out of place and is pushing or hanging outside the body, which can be very painful and dangerous. Her prolapse was most likely related to birthing puppies.
I covered the graphic photo of the prolapse as we are not going to traumatize you. 😢
🐾Y'all we are full of unadoptables and difficult to place dogs and we still have vet bils to pay but we could not let her suffer. We took her in, Dr. Jones preformed her surgery and she is on the mend with Rebecca. The crisis is over but now we have to network this beauty and pay down her bill.

Working with a reactive dog means always trying to stretch the comfort zone in safe and appropriate ways. After Rebecca's grooming breakthrough with Romeo we decided to book a wellness exam. While at the vet Romeo's vaccines were updated and under sedation he had a mani, pedi, ear cleaning and full spa experience 🥰
Romeo is a fast biter and often gives no warning but he is continuing to show us the dog that he was born to be and we believe in him. He's a lot but he is healing.

Camellia and her ten puppies came to us last year. Her pups have all been placed in their forever homes and now its Cam's turn. This gal is perfect in every way and would love a home with kids or dogs or to be your one and only. Cats are a no though.
