New beginnings are happening at Tekton.

Last week, we officially launched a new cohort of our Facility Maintenance Training Program, welcoming students from Ethiopian, Congolese, Rwandan, Syrian, and Afghan communities.

From day one, the excitement was real. Students jumped into conversations about electrical systems, wiring setups, and how maintenance skills work in the real world, asking thoughtful questions and already thinking like future technicians.

This program is about more than learning a trade. It’s about building confidence, creating opportunity, and helping people take meaningful steps toward stable careers and stronger futures.

Every workshop, every lesson, and every tool in their hands represents a chance to move forward. Through hands-on workshops and immersive VR training powered by Interplay, students learn practical maintenance skills in a way that builds both confidence and real-world job readiness.
