🎺🥁 Bantams Music Parent Meeting — Mark Your Calendars! 🥁🎺

Wednesday, September 9 at 6:30 PM | CHS-Adams Building Band Room

This is our second parent meeting of the year, and we need YOU there — whether you’re brand new to the band family or you’ve been with us for seasons. We’ll be talking about upcoming competitions, our fundraisers (including the craft fair!), our community event, and the Roundup Parade — where we’ll need volunteers!

We know meetings can be easy to skip once the year gets rolling, but staying connected now means a stronger season for our students. The more parents we have in the room, the more we can do. Come be part of it! 🙌

Join us for our Performing Arts Boosters Parent Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the CHS-Adams Building Band Room.

Whether your student is brand new to Bantams Music or you’ve been cheering from the stands for years, we want YOU there! We’ll cover the year ahead, volunteer opportunities, and how you can help make this season a success.

The more parents in the room, the stronger our program. Bring a friend! 🎺🥁
