We trust they'll bloom in their own time, so we offer care and patience. 🌱 We plant seeds and pull weeds. We check daily, water daily, and celebrate new growth -- no matter how small -- without needing to know what's next. 🌼 They bloom in different conditions and different shapes. We don't get mad that the daisy isn't a violet or a lily isn't a coneflower; we ask how arrange them and ourselves so everyone can flourish together.

The school year is winding down, but you can reach out through our website to chat about enrollment, summer happenings, or partnering to host unschooler gatherings, cool art classes, or eat-ice-cream-and-watch-the-cat afternoons at our space!

Summer break doesn't have to mean school ends if we build Heartwood in Minecraft, right???..
Tours, co-working, and open space days will be happening on-site through the summer! Community friends who have thought about hosting crochet circles, zine swaps, or zero-your-inbox support groups, and similar offerings are encouraged to reach out and partner with us to make it happen! ..
And of course, you can also just build the school in your favorite forever game 🎮 ✏️🌱

To prove our humanity to the machine, we had to follow directions, win tic tac toe, and sort the fruit from the vegetables! That last one was tricky (Isn't a banana a berry?!) Pretty sure giggling at neal.fun's game means we passed the human test. Maybe we'll make our own game soon 👀
