Sons of Norway lodge will hold its annual Scandinavia breakfast from 8-11 am March 14 at the Valley Community Center in Clarkston WA. Traditional treats with a Nordic twist will be served, including Oslo egg-and-sausage casserole, pancakes, Swedish tea ring, Kanish kringle Lefse, Krumkaka and more. The meal will be held at the Valley Community Center, 549 Fifth St. in Clarkston. Cost is $8 for adults, $3 for kids 6-12 and free for ages 5 and younger.

“Valley Community Center Annual Indoor Yard, Craft, and bake sale, Saturday, June 16th, 8 am to 3 pm, in the dining room at the Center, morning coffee and treats available. 549 5th Street, Clarkston, WA 99403.

Items Available: Exercise machine, Louie Amour paperback book collection, books, Pasta Maker, kitchen items, VCR and DVD tapes, baked goods, Bar-B-Que tool set, binoculars, Wizard of Oz Tin Men, picture frames, office brief case, Afghan, linens, puzzles, dinner plates, wine glasses, coffee French Press, misc. nails, bolts and screws, electric items, wall plaques, crafts, new watch, vases, and lots of miscellaneous items (no clothes).

Donations of baked goods and miscellaneous items will be set up Friday afternoon November 9ht after 1 pm. We are asking for donations of similar items, especially furniture, computers, printers, and Christmas Decorations (please no clothes), dropped off at the Center until 4 pm Friday, June 15th, or if you need items picked up, please call Bob Burton at 509-295-8225 or e-mail him at [email protected].”
