Pastor Thrive ENCOURAGEMENT

Barnabas Ministries endeavors to offer encouragement to meet the challenging needs of pastors. This may involve:
1. One-on-one meetings. Mentoring.

The mission of Pastor Thrive is to encourage and equip pastors and churches through safe, trusted relationships, helping them become all God intends for their communities. (perhaps over breakfast) to provide listening, understanding, encouragement for
any personal or professional needs.
2. Connections. We can connect ministry couples with resources (local and national) that will minister to
spec

ific needs.
- Professional counseling
- Retreat settings for rest, prayer, and renewal
- Financial, legal, and conflict resolution consultants
3. We offer mentoring in groups of 3-4 pastors. The purpose of this mentoring programing is
to help pastors to lead like Jesus. Upon completion of the one-year program (2 hour monthly meetings)
each pastor will be well-equipped to mentor people in the church.
4. Prayer Support. Our team of intercessors will uphold ministry couples in prayer either by name or anonymously.

This is our sixth annual golf retreat for pastoral and ministry leaders. The food and fellowship are outstanding, and the golf is relaxed. We will play 3-4 golf rounds at courses within the Michigan Thumb. Our fellowship times at night will be filled with connecting with new friends, encouragement, and laughter.
