Hi all! This upcoming January I have the opportunity to head just over the border to Juarez, Mexico and help build two houses in ONLY 4 DAYS but I’d like to ask for your help! I’m fundraising for myself as well as to donate for the house itself!

If you would please consider supporting me that would be amazing. I’ll be traveling with Joe, my father in law on this wild and awesome opportunity!

Good morning! Just wanted to clarify that Desks By Nate is no longer providing free desks for kids. I’m sorry! We ended up topping out at 270 desks over 9 months. That’s basically a desk a day! We’re also glad to see schools open for kids to learn and parents to work kid-free! Thanks again to the 50+ volunteers and those that helped raise nearly $8,500!

The folks in Denver were able to wrap up their desk donating efforts to as the new school year kicked off. Way to go out there! 1,303!

On August 5th Desks for Kids delivered all remaining desks to Adams City High School so they could distribute them to kids coming to pick up school supplies for the 2021-2022 school year. That was 80+ desks built by multiple builders and stored over the summer in garages and trailers. A total of 1303 desks were delivered during the pandemic!!

Good morning everyone! Quick update: we’ve had nearly 150 donors raise about $7,500 and an estimated 50 different people that have donated their time throughout this endeavor!! THANK YOU!!

With just 2 more slated desks to be distributed we are pumped to have been able to help Metro Detroit kiddos be better equipped! I still have 8 or so after that that I’ll work with some local groups or specific recipients but other than that we are all set! Thanks again for all of you being so patient for the last 8 months!

Let’s get these kids back in school safely!

5 more kiddos got their desks this weekend. Enjoy! Roughly 11 more left to fulfill our waitlist! Kudos to everyone for being patient as we’ve worked for months getting these done!

Hard to imagine less than 30 left to distribute! I was able to drop off a few yesterday on my commute! Thank you to Brenda Brooks for painting another monstrous 18 SETS of legs yesterday for her final paint day! YOU ROCK! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🎨

We saw 5 more go out this week with a BUNCH more just about ready (like 21 more!)! Stay tuned for more pickups and more kids receiving a free dedicated work space.

All in all we’re down to roughly 33 more to be distributed! Thank you to my core volunteers who are making these quantities manageable week after week (BBB) Bob, Brad, and Brenda!
