Birthplace of Legends life-size statues of blues artists or legends, place around Clarksdale at strategic locations around the city, tourists downtown

The plan is to have 5 to 7 life-size statues of blues artists or legends, place around Clarksdale at strategic locations around the city, to pull tourists downtown and to other locations around the city that we want them to see. Also, provide a safety zone in each area for picture taking.
