Youth Movement Association YMA is a youth-led organization where teens ages 13–18 step up to serve, lead, and give back.

There’s something really special about watching our YMA teens pour into others ❤️
They hosted an Easter egg hunt for Alta Vista House, and it was more than just eggs and candy. Seeing these teens choose to show up, to lead with heart, and to make sure every child felt included and cared for… that’s what it’s all about. So incredibly proud of them. 🐣 We were blessed to have the Clarksburg Winterfest Queen join us!

With the winter storm heading our way this weekend, now is the time to get prepared. ❄️

Here are a few simple steps to make sure you and your household are ready:
☑️Charge all devices & power banks
☑️Stock 3-5 days of water & shelf-stable food
☑️Fill prescriptions & essentials early
☑️Fill your gas tank
☑️Bring pets indoors
☑️Set faucets to drip (to prevent frozen pipes)
☑️Lay out warm layers & blankets
☑️Have flashlights & batteries ready
☑️Check on elderly neighbors
☑️Avoid unnecessary travel

We wrapped up our final service project of the year at our local children’s home with help from the Clarksburg Winterfest Queens. We hosted a Christmas party, and it was such a wonderful time. We are excited for all the projects we will take on in the new year. 🎄
