We are thankful for the rain in the last couple of weeks that has brought the lake levels up enough that our pulpit is just floating again. We pray for more (not all at once!) to help ease the drought in our region while we give thanks for the ability to lead worship and music from our dock. Lake worship services start Sunday, June 7th! We'll hold a committee meeting tomorrow, 5/20 at 6:00 pm at St John UMC Augusta. We wrapped up another great workday! We had 20 folks out today (and more last week!). Thank y’all so much! There is still more to do as we try to get things back in shape. Helene really has put us behind! We’ll have another work day on the calendar soon and we’ll share the details. In the meantime if you’re headed out there and would like a job to do, let us know! We’re keeping a running list.

The team made some great progress at our workday last Saturday, they even started working on the Chapel!
We will gather again this Saturday 2-5 pm to continue work outdoors, and inside the lodge. Join us if you are able! Many hands make light work.
