The newly launched Keystone Creatives website is now accepting 2026-2027 Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator (CEA) applications.

Pennsylvania Creative Industries, powered by Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, is working with Bridgeway Capital as the statewide administrator of the CEA grant program — which offers business development services and financial support to grow your for-profit creative business in ways that positively impact Pennsylvania communities.

This year's program includes the launch of the new Keystone Creatives website, where Pennsylvania creative entrepreneurs can apply for: The Growth Grant (up to $4,000) and the Impact Grant (up to $17,000), as well as access a creative entrepreneurs network, trainings, and resources! Impact Grant recipients also receive one-on-one business coaching.

The Facade Improvement project at Bekah's Boutique and Keysa's Custom Nails has been completed, enhancing the exterior and creating a more welcoming atmosphere on Main Street for the community.

This initiative received partial funding from the McElhattan Foundation. The CCEDC is committed to working alongside local business districts to empower small business owners, and we take great pride in contributing to the revitalization of this neighborhood.

🍂 INTRODUCING THE CENTRAL CLARION COUNTY FALL CRAWL!

We're excited to announce the Central Clarion County Fall Crawl, a new shop-local event taking place November 1 – December 6, 2026!

This holiday season, we invite you to explore our communities, discover new businesses, and support the local establishments that make Clarion County special.

How does it work?

Pick Up a Passport: Grab your Fall Crawl passport at any participating business or the CCEDC office.

Shop & Collect: Make purchases at participating businesses and collect one leaf sticker for each qualifying purchase.

Enter to Win: Collect eight leaf stickers and return your completed passport to CCEDC by December 7 for a chance to win prizes provided by local businesses!

Fall Crawl is being launched through Clarion County Connect, CCEDC's community development initiative focused on strengthening our communities, supporting local businesses, and building connections throughout Clarion County.

We're looking forward to kicking off this event and hope to bring similar opportunities to other areas of the county in the future!
