Open Arms Youth Center Open Arms Youth Center is a place where middle school and high school youth can go to spend time in Clarinda, Iowa.

There is also a food pantry, clothing and toiletry resources for those in need.

Open Arms is still under construction and looking to open in the new year. A lot of renovations and work is being done to the building.

We are creating a safe space for our youth. The space will include an area for kids to gather and watch TV, play pool, foosball, ping pong, board games and video games.

We will have a quiet space for doing homework.

Eventually the plan is to have a washer and dryer allowing kids to do some laundry if they are unable to do so at home. A food pantry, and clothing offering is being prepared as well.
