📷 We have a new Photo Kiosk at the Library 📸

Thanks to a grant from the Page County Community Foundation and Clarinda Public Library Foundation, we have been able to update our photo printing kiosk.

The new Kiosk allows you to send your photos to the kiosk online and pick them up at the library using www.kioskprints.com. Pricing depends on photo size.

Shambaugh has a brand‑new Free Little Library! ✨📚✨📚

Our 5th Free Little Library installed through our Community Pathways to Accessing Literacy Initiative (CPals) is now open and ready in Shambaugh, Iowa.

This installation was made possible thanks to the generous donors who support the Clarinda Public Library Foundation. Their commitment helps us bring books, stories, and literacy access beyond our building and into the daily paths of our neighbors and friends.

Donations to the Foundation have allowed Free Little Libraries to be installed in Yorktown and Shambaugh, and we're also getting ready to install/support them in Braddyville and College Springs!

Easy access to books is a critical driver of academic success, literacy development, and cognitive growth, acting as one of the strongest predictors of long-term educational achievement!

📚✨ Yorktown has a brand‑new Free Little Library! ✨📚

We’re thrilled to share that the 4th Free Little Library installed through our Community Pathways to Accessing Literacy Initiative (CPals) is now open and ready for readers outside Yorktown City Hall. This little library belongs to everyone in the Yorktown community—take a book, leave a book!

This installation was made possible thanks to the generous donors who support the Clarinda Public Library Foundation. Their commitment helps us bring books, stories, and literacy access beyond our building and into the daily paths of our neighbors.
