Mubu the Morph 🍎📖
Young people do not always have the words to describe their emotions or express who they are.
In partnership with author Stephen Nawotniak, Endeavor Health Services’ Mubu Initiative uses engaging, age-appropriate storytelling to help children and adolescents build emotional awareness, resilience, and self-understanding.
Through book readings, guided discussions, interactive activities, and educational resources, Mubu makes conversations about mental health more approachable for children, families, and communities.
