Victory Sports Global Outreach is looking for a motivated part-time intern this summer who wants hands-on experience while helping advance a mission that uses sports to change lives.

This is an unpaid internship opportunity, ideal for college students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain practical real-world experience in sports, nonprofit leadership, marketing, or sports ministry.

We are especially looking for interns interested in:

Life is not ultimately about our comfort, our success, our trophies, or even our circumstances.

Our true purpose—especially as followers of Christ—is to glorify God.

That means we glorify Him on the mountaintops… and in the valleys.

It’s easy to praise God when the prayers are answered, the business is growing, the team is winning, or life feels good.

But what about when we lose?When the diagnosis comes.When the door closes.When the relationship breaks.When the scoreboard doesn’t go our way.

That’s where real faith shows up.

In sports, we often see athletes point to heaven after the game-winning touchdown—but what if we glorified God just as boldly after the fumble, the missed shot, the injury, or the heartbreaking loss?

Because God is still worthy—not just in victory, but in adversity.

“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

“The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.” — Job 1:21

“Consider it pure joy… whenever you face trials of many kinds…” — James 1:2-3

Winning doesn’t define us.Losing doesn’t define us.Christ does.

At Victory Sports Global Outreach, we equip missionaries around the world with sports equipment they use to build relationships, open doors, and share the Gospel with children and families in communities across the globe.
