Get in Step is a life group created especially for married couples. This group combines dance, prayer and friendship to enrich marriages. Weekly lessons are held at Cedar Point Church and include a group lesson followed by open dance time and fellowship. There is no cost for lessons which are open to the community.

This group exists to benefit marriages by:

• Promoting partnership and connection between couples.

• Providing a common interest for couples to pursue together.

• Connecting with a group of other couples with similar interests.

• Sharing fun physical and mental exercise in a relaxed safe environment.
