I am hearing from Grayslake, Illinois.
Residents are frustrated. A lawsuit has been filed by residents and a corporation to block the development, claiming the village was not transparent during the 2024–2025 approval process.
We need to watch this case closely.

Gaslighting is telling residents their legitimate concerns about AI data centers aren’t real. I’ve seen it and lived it. Dismissive rhetoric undermines trust and creates legal and community risk.
I’m behind you 100%. Your concerns are valid.

A rare issue uniting Americans is opposition to data centers, the sprawling computer complexes that are the most visible manifestation of the AI boom.

In a recent poll, about 7 of 10 Americans said they would oppose a data center being built near them. https://wapo.st/4wazgQa

Michigan, the state famous for its cherries, has been reaching out for months with concerns about proposed AI data centers in local communities.
I’ve heard from residents in Marshall, Saline Township, Lowell, Dowagiac, Dorr, and many other towns. People are very engaged and asking important questions.
The issues being raised echo what we’ve seen nationwide: water impacts/rights, utility costs rising, 765kV transmission lines, rezoning disputes, NDAs, zero transparency, among other issues.
I appreciate everyone who has shared information with our website. Your reporting helps us track what’s really happening.

Over the last few months, folks across Texas have reached out to express deep concerns about data centers moving into their communities. I’ve heard directly from many of the ranchers, farmers and veterinarians sharing their firsthand experiences and impact. There are so many issues we need to discuss. Thank you for speaking up and making your voices heard.

Please check out this full interview on The Brockovich Report available on Substack! Thank you Clayton Tucker for your time.

A consistent pattern is emerging in reports nationwide: the use of secret agreements. This raises several questions. Why is secrecy necessary? What is the purpose of the non-disclosure agreements involved? Why are community residents not informed until after plans for a data center in their area are finalized?

I’ve heard from many of you about concerns that AI data centers could be driving up utility bills because of their impact on the grid.
I appreciate everyone who has submitted their electric bills showing costs before and after a data center was built nearby. Your reports help me understand the scope of this issue.
I’ve attached a map highlighting the states where residents have shared this information with me.
If you have information regarding utility increase’s please submit on my web page.

Gilroy, California — the “Garlic Capital of the World” — is known for its massive garlic farming industry. Lately, I’ve received a flood of submissions from Gilroy residents about the 438,500-square-foot Amazon Web Services facility currently under construction and expected to go live by late 2026. People are upset and deeply concerned about transparency, strain on the power grid, and the project’s water and diesel generator usage. Gilroy, I see you and I hear you.
