One of my favorite schools. Absolutely loved having self-love discussions at Park West this week. Mental health awareness month gives us an opportunity to connect with our young people and have conversations about healthy relationship dynamic to ensure healthy mental health. Our relationships directly impact our mental health.
Some questions were, “how do you heal?” “What do you need to get rid of in your life?”

April Reflections. May Intentions.

At Healed Women Heal, we don’t just move through the months—we reflect, we honor, and we prepare.

Stay empowered, stay connected, stay informed!

Community Over Competition. Collaboration Over Isolation. 💜

This month, Like for Like Community showed exactly what happens when businesses come together with intention.

Hosted inside Tracy’s Healing Room, over 40 entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries gathered in one space—committed to supporting one another through visibility, engagement, and genuine connection.

From likes… to shares… to meaningful conversations—this is what building real community looks like.

With nearly 50 members and growing, Like for Like Community continues to create a space where businesses don’t just exist… they are seen, supported, and strengthened.

Celebrating Legacy, Leadership, and Love 💜

This moment is more than recognition—it’s a reflection of impact, resilience, and generational strength.

Tracy Evanson was honored as Citizen Woman of the Year, a testament to her unwavering commitment to serving her community, empowering women, and creating spaces where healing and truth can thrive.

Alongside her, her daughter was recognized as Club Woman of the Year, representing the next generation of leadership, compassion, and purpose-driven presence.

Together, they embody what it means to lead with heart, stand in truth, and make a difference—not just individually, but as a legacy in motion.

This is what it looks like when healing becomes leadership.
This is what it looks like when impact reaches across generations.

The Diamond Bar Women’s Club continues to honor women who show up, give back, and lead with intention—and this recognition reflects just that.

One of our incredible community partners, Foothill Family, reached out to us to create custom shirts for their team in honor of Autism Awareness & Acceptance Month…

And our incredible Essence brought them to life. 🫶🏽

What makes this moment even more meaningful is that our Essence has a developmental disability herself.

So this wasn’t just about creating shirts…
It was about representation.
It was about belonging.
It was about being part of something that reflects her world, her experience, and her value.

At our recent Domestic Violence Action Coalition (DVAC) meeting, we had the privilege of hearing from Michelle, Executive Director of Project Sister Family Services.

She shared powerful insight into the work being done to support survivors of sexual assault and child abuse—and more importantly, how communities like ours can respond with greater awareness, compassion, and responsibility.
It’s about:
✨ Understanding the realities survivors face
✨ Responding without judgment or harm
✨ And ensuring people are met with support—not silence

Spaces like DVAC matter because they remind us that collaboration is how real change happens.

Joy. Community. Impact.

That’s exactly what we experienced at Drag Queen Bingo—hosted by -
an unforgettable fundraiser benefiting Claremont Meals on Wheels.

And yes… it was just as fun as it sounds. 💃🏽✨

Coming together, laughing, celebrating, and still making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
