Clan McCall - Caithness

Clan McCall - Caithness Welcome to Clan MacKall (Caithness). We are an ancient Highland Clan, originally from Ireland. Our goal is to rebuild the Clan and restore our heritage.

Welcome to the great Clan MacKall (Caithness). This is our Official webpage. On here you will be able to learn of upcoming Clan Gatherings and Highland Games we will be attending. If you wish to sponsor a Clan tent at a Highland Game in your state please let me know. Some Highland Games require you have official permission to do so. At the moment I Ray Rolla McCall, Esq. am that "Authority", for C

lan MacKall (Caithness). If you are of a different Clan of McCall's and still would like to sponsor a Clan McCall tent at a Highland Games please let me know and I will try and direct you to the current head of your Clan. As the different McCall Clan's are as of yet, no longer officially recognized we have no Chief's. Clan McCall of St. Quivox and Berkinshaw, does have a Chieftain thou. His name is Chieftain John Peter Dundas McCall, Of Whom We Treat. There are two clan's with Armigers:

Clan McCall of Gufockland - Angus John Kenneth Pollock-McCall, Esq.;
Clan MacKall (Caithness) - Ray Rolla McCall, Esq. (me)

The rest have an elected unofficial head to keep order and keep things running smoothly. If you feel you belong to one of those please let me know and I will put you in touch with Ronald McCall. He usually handles Highland Affairs for those other Clan's. I believe Kevin is the head of his Clan. If you are in my Clan again welcome. Please make your self know and if you are into genealogy, please feel free to message me for help if your stuck. Our Clan has some of the largest family records of all the McCall Clan's. We even have some records of the other McCall Clans. We also keep records of the wives previous families and the daughters known families, so again if your stuck please don't hesitate to ask. If we don't have your information it just means your parents or grandparents didn't give it to one of our records keepers. Feel free to give us your information to add to the records. Our records for the McCall line go back to the mid 1500's and even farther for some of their wives and daughters new families. But, once again Welcome to Clan MacKall (Caithness) and we hope to see you at one of the Clan Gatherings. "Fidelis usque ad mortem"

A friend of mine, sent this to me this morning, and given that today is Thanksgiving, it could not be more appropriate.

We live in a time where many are unsure of not just the countries future, but their own. So I ask God that he bless you, and shine His light upon you. Aid you in all of your endeavors to further His kingdom. Put food on your tables, gas in your furnaces, and love in your heart.

Today is a day of Thanksgiving, not just a time to pig out, but to be thankful for all the the Lord hath provided.

So Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 🦃 🦃 and may your next year be better than this one. Also don't forget to call and check on your friends and family, sometimes a kind word is all it takes to save a life.

On this Veterans day, I would like to say thank you, to all who served their country. Being a Veteran isn't just about free meals. It's about writing a blank check to a country, to your neighbors, your friends, and families, to fight for your Freedom and preservation of our nation and it's Constitution.

Without those of us that serve this country, it and it's freedoms would not be possible. So, thank you for all you have done, and continue to do. You are appreciated and loved.

Don't forget to check on your battles today as well. Happy Veterans day.

With Christmas around the corner I figured I would post a few new sites I see that list our tartan. I have not shopped these yet. But plan to in the future to see the quality.

There are 2 more additional sites, now offering our tartan, in the comments below.

Merry Christmas to you and yours this holiday season. With all the problems and wars around the world, I pray that you all are safe, you have enough to eat, a roof over your head, and are remembering those less fortunate than yourselves.

This marks the end of the 3,847th year of our Clan. God is great and we have truly been blessed by him. How many people can boost that their last name has prospered so long.

So, while you are eating your fill of Christmas dinner, think of those less fortunate. If you have a friend, church member, neighbor, or co-worker who is going to be alone this holiday season, invite them to your table. Sometimes a single act of kindest can prevent severe depression and su***de.

Christmas is about a Man coming from Calvary to save us and forgive of our sins. It is a time of love and compassion. So, in thanks for all He has given us, try and return His love and compassion to others.

So, Merry Christmas and may God bless you, keep you, and shine His ever loving countenance upon you all and your families.
