Elise is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical research. Her interest in natural approaches to strength and wellness led her to open Portland’s first OsteoStrong location.

Through OsteoStrong, Elise and her team help people focus on skeletal strength, balance, posture, and overall wellness through short, guided weekly sessions.
