We shouldn’t have to deal with vans falling apart. These things need to be fixed and the reason why they aren’t is because both the DSP and Amazon are too busy pointing fingers. Let’s end this “blame game” and pass the Delivery Protection Act that will hold Amazon directly accountable. It’s their vans, their packages, and their logos we wear and represent. It’s time we finally get safe vans to deliver in from the $3 trillion company that can afford to fix them.

Amazon doesn't care for their workers like they say or like they should. We make the profits and yet we get pennies to pay our bills with no consideration for our health and safety. With a union, we have the power to change that. We can speak up and speak out about unfairness and mistreatment while getting the wages we deserve. We won’t allow Amazon to exploit us or our hard work. It’s time to fight back with organizing. We need to come together and stand up to Amazon!

Our Teamster siblings are ready to support us in unionizing Amazon! We all want to raise Amazon’s standards because with Amazon being as big as it is, they are shaping the workforce for everyone. We can’t let Amazon get away with giving us crumbs because all companies will try to do the same. It’s time we showed Amazon and the rest of these companies what worker power looks like with a united front!

We have been making MOVES with the Delivery Protection Act in NYC! Amazon needs to understand that we refuse to be exploited anymore -- and the Mayor and the rest of the city have OUR back. We are asking for safe vans, job security and accountability from a trillion dollar company that profits off of mistreated workers. We call on Speaker Julie Menin to bring the DPA to a vote so we can get justice!

Us TOM Team truck drivers at OIL9 have officially become Teamsters! We are demanding Amazon give us a fair contract with a pay that reflects our hard work, better working conditions and respect on the job just like the thousands of our Amazon Teamster siblings. We no longer fight alone, nor will we be divided! The union is here and it is here to stay!

New York and Chicago are fighting to pass the Delivery Protection Act! This bill will get Amazon to hire Amazon drivers directly, making Amazon accountable for our working conditions and everyone’s safety on city streets. We need to put Amazon in check and let them know these are union towns. Amazon won’t get to dodge responsibility with the power of Amazon Teamsters and our communities united!
