What a blessing to everyone who gave towards the orphans we support and the 20 persecuted believers this Christmas. We were able to send $1,500 dollars towards food, personal care items and other essentials they needed. With your help and support and through your love, kindness and generosity they were able to celebrate Christmas. May the Lord shine His face upon each of you today and in all of 2025.

Here are some beautiful bible verses about the poor, the broken and the needy. How our Father in Heaven wants us to love and act towards them. We are to Keep our hand open and not close our hearts.

Deuteronomy 15:7 If among you, one of your brothers should become poor, in any of your towns within your land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart or shut your hand against your poor brother.

Deuteronomy 15:11 For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, “You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.”

1 Samuel 2:7 The Lord makes poor and makes rich; he brings low and he exalts.

1 Samuel 2:8 He raises up the poor from the dust; he lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with princes and inherit a seat of honor. For the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and on them he has set the world.

Psalm 9:18 For the needy shall not always be forgotten, and the hope of the poor shall not perish forever.

Psalm 34:6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles.

Psalm 35:10 All my bones shall say, “O Lord, who is like you, delivering the poor from him who is too strong for him, the poor and needy from him who robs him?”

Psalm 37:21The wicked borrows but does not pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives.

Psalm 40:17 As for me, I am poor and needy, but the Lord takes thought for me. You are my help and my deliverer; do not delay, O my God!

Psalm 41:1 Blessed is the one who considers the poor! In the day of trouble the Lord delivers him;

Psalm 72:12 For he delivers the needy when he calls, the poor and him who has no helper.

Proverbs 14:21 Whoever despises his neighbor is a sinner, but blessed is he who is generous to the poor.

Proverbs 14:31 Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker, but he who is generous to the needy honors him.

Proverbs 16:19 It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor than to divide the spoil with the proud.

Proverbs 19:17 Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.

Proverbs 22:9 The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.
Proverbs 22:16 Whoever oppresses the poor to increase his own wealth, or gives to the rich, will only come to poverty.

Here is a past photo of our Pakistani director of ministries Yashir who went to Bible college in the US to further his studies in the things of God. While he is away his mother & father are managing the ministry there. Please keep them all in your prayers. They have been highly persecuted for their work in the Lord.

Just wanted to thank all of you who have helped care for Yashirs family , the orphans they have been raising all these years and now they have been fleeing from city to city due to the great amount of christian persecution there is in Pakistan. They have nearly 20 others with them now who had their homes burned down by a mob of Muslims. Death, burning loosing everything they had for the sake of being associated with Christ.

Believers in many other areas of the world do not suffer this extreme amount of suffering for the sake of the gospel. We plush palaces drive our luxury vehicles and don;t have a problem spending $100's of dollars on a night out but we find it so difficult to give to our hurting brothers & sisters in the Lord. What will we do and say when the Lord requires an accounting of what He gave us?

Lets remember to be not rich in this world but rich towards God. Be generous to the hurting, broken and needy. Families that are going through it. Be generous when their hurting and gues what, God will see to it that your crops are watered when your going through your desert and storms of life. As the word tells us "He who refreshes another will himself be refreshed."
