Sometimes when you're running a business you make a mistake.
And then you need the courage to fix it.
Our summer camp sessions are so fun, but something just didn't feel right.
The new structure and format didn't match my heart.
I want to be a place that is open to all, welcoming, and simply put.... easy to come to!
So even though it's a bad marketing move to change messaging like this, I'm switching it up to match my heart for families.
Let's not monkey around with needing to prebook. Just come and enjoy what we offer at FamLab. (If we start hitting capacity we can deal with that when it happens.)
Kicking people out after a session? NOT my jam! Come for all or part of the day for just $10 per kiddo while we're open: 10am to 3pm
We'll still do summer camp sessions and activities. If you're here during scheduled activities and projects, join in! (While supplies last.)
Meanwhile we will continue to develop an open paint and slime format. When we're ready, we'll likely offer that thru the summer whenever we are open. For this week, join us Friday afternoon for canvas painting and slime bar!
I'm sorry for making a big change like this right at the beginning, and it will take me a while to update messaging everywhere. But I'm not sorry for wanting to serve more families and making FamLab more welcoming and open to all!
