It is our Mission to provide therapeutic horseback riding & carriage driving to anyone with physical, mental or emotional challenges and to improve the quality of life for these individuals with the opportunity for emotional, educational and physical growth through horsemanship and competition.

We are all set up at World Equestrian center, we move in with our horses in the morning and our riders will practice on Thursday afternoon and will show on Friday at 2:30 in Arena three. We are moved into WEC for the Summers End Horse Show. We are showing in Arena 3 & have a silent auction with really nice items to help our riders go to the Exceptional Challenge Cup Finals in Kansas City in November. Angie was a dedicated volunteer who was always here, always helping, and always ready to lend a hand. She loved being around the horses and especially loved watching the kids ride, learn, and grow.

We certainly miss herโ€”especially when we're blowing the aisles! She always kept everything looking spotless. And the horses? They absolutely loved seeing Angie coming their way, especially when she had a pocket full of peppermintsโ€ฆ SSSSHHHH! ๐Ÿคซ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿด

We will miss her laughter, her dedication, and her presence around the barn. Most of all, we will miss the heart she brought to Stirrups โ€™n Strides.

We are one month away from our 33-hour community giving campaign, and the excitement is building.

Every dollar raised on September 15 goes directly toward the programs, horses, and people that make Stirrups 'n Strides what it is. Therapeutic riding sessions, Therapy on Hooves, Special Olympics training, and the daily care of the horses who make it all possible. None of it happens without this community behind us.
