Earlier this month the club held their monthly meeting at the Cissna Park United Methodist Church. Members toured the Cissna Park Food Pantry and learned about how they serve the community and ways the club can help them with their mission to help alleviate food insecurities in the area. After the tour, members held their meeting and enjoyed a taco bar before heading to the park.

IT’S TIME TO MAKE THOSE FAIR ENTRIES!!

FairEntry, our summer exhibition registration software, is now open for registrations through June 1st!

FairEntry is now open! Head on over to fairentry.com to select the projects you are bringing to the fair. Please note that you MUST make entries in FairEntry if you plan on exhibiting at the fair. This is different than selecting your projects at the beginning of the year. When you enroll in ZSuite, you are submitting your RSVP for the party; when you make entries in Fair Entry, you are telling us which dish you plan to bring to share with everyone.

We encourage you to register ASAP to ensure we have enough time to assist you if you run into any problems. For information specific to your project area or answers to general questions, please review the General Project Guidelines and Livestock Guidelines provided here. If you have any other questions, ask your 4-H Leader or contact me at [email protected].

The Claytonville 4-H Club would like to thank our sponsors and donors for helping make our breakfast and silent auction a success. We were able raise $1,000 for the tornado victims from Kankakee/Aroma Park and served over 175 breakfasts.

Thank you to all that participated in our silent auction this morning. We were able to raise $1,000 for the Tornado Victims of Kankakee and Aroma Park. We would like to thank all the individuals and businesses that donated items.

The auction will run from 8A to 10:30A. Stop in and take a look. All proceeds are going to the victims of the Kankakee and Aroma Park Tornado.
