**Tuesday July 28th at 6:00 PM will be the last day to sign up for football. It will be held at the high school practice field next to the tennis court.

We are currently only taking 3/4th tackle and 1/2 flag football. Our 5&6th grade team is full and we will not be taking anymore kids! Sorry for any inconvenience!

If you are unable to attend please send someone to fill out the paperwork and make the payment. This will be the last sign up. No late sign ups after this date.

Cisco Youth Football will have registration for the fall 2026 season June 8th at 804 ave N
Cisco, TX 76437. Across from the donut shop.

We will be in the lobby. 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

New players need to bring a COPY of their birth certificate. We will not be able to make a copy, so please don’t bring us your original. We will NOT take the original.

We are looking for committed players and families, because we will travel out of town for games on Saturdays.

We are offering the following age groups this year:
1st- 2nd Flag $80
3rd-4th Tackle $120
5th-6th Tackle $120

Come on out and get signed up and ask us any questions you may have.
