Congratulations to Izabella Forbus on being awarded the Bert Strickland and Vandell Weathers Memorial Scholarship. These two Cisco firefighters died in the line of duty protecting the citizens of Cisco. The scholarship was presented by Chief Walter Fairbanks and Captain Caleb Fairbanks. This scholarship was funded by the Cisco Fire Department and the Cisco Professional Fire Fighters Association.
