$30 SPAY/NEUTER EVENT

We are excited to announce a limited low-cost spay/neuter clinic for Ross County residents thanks to funding provided by Give Them Ten and the Maddianna Fund, with surgeries performed by the amazing team at Rascal Unit.

This clinic is specifically intended to help low-income households get their pets spayed and neutered while also providing important preventative care.

Here’s how this clinic will work:

12 cats
8 dogs, with preference being given to pit bulls or pit bull mixed dogs due to community need and shelter intake trends.

Cost is $30 per animal and includes:

Dogs:
• Spay/neuter
• Rabies vaccine
• DHLPP vaccine
• Bordetella vaccine
• One month of prevention
• Microchip

Cats:
• Spay/neuter
• Rabies vaccine
• FVRCP vaccine
• Leukemia vaccine
• One month of prevention
• Microchip

To participate, applicants must:
• Reside in Ross County
• Provide proof of low income assistance

Accepted proof includes:
• SNAP benefits
• Medicaid benefits
• Social Security/Disability benefits

Registration opens TODAY, Wednesday, May 13th at 10:00 a.m.

Surgery date will be Tuesday, May 26th.

Please understand that spots are extremely limited and we expect them to fill quickly. This clinic is designed to target pets most at risk of contributing to accidental litters and to help remove financial barriers for families who truly need assistance.
