Roundtown Conservancy The Roundtown Conservancy was established for the express purpose of helping to protect, promote and enhance our architectural heritage.

The Roundtown Conservancy was established for express purpose of helping to protect, promote and enhance the intrinsic value of our rural landscapes and our architectural heritage by fostering good planning practices. Pickaway County and the greater Circleville community has tremendous potential to build on its natural and physical assets and its unique culture to enhance a special quality of life

. The challenge citizens face is to create a sense of place—a sense that Pickaway County is a special place as evidenced by its appearance, its amenities and careful attention to detail

The natural beauty of the area—from the Pickaway Plains and the Scioto River Valley to a rich architectural heritage—form the foundation for an exceptional community character. This community character is the visual expression of our special quality of life. This special character—and our quality of life—are continuously threatened by the pressures of development and unplanned growth. The Roundtown Conservancy is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Circleville area through the protection and enhancement of the physical environment.

🦠🐾 Things to Know About Rabies 🐾🦠

Rabies is a preventable viral disease that affects the central nervous system. It spreads through the bites or scratches of infected mammals—and it’s almost always fatal once symptoms begin.

⚠️ How it spreads:
Rabies is transmitted through the saliva of infected animals like bats, raccoons, skunks, foxes, and coyotes.

🐶 Protect yourself & your pets:
💉 Keep pets’ rabies vaccinations up to date.
🚫 Don’t allow pets to roam freely.
🐾 Avoid contact with wild animals and strays.

Together, we can prevent rabies and protect our community. 💙

Such a great Company to have in our community!

What’s one thing you wish customers knew?

“I wish customers knew that we are more than just a distribution and manufacturing company,” says Anthony Chiarappa, Vice President of Manufacturing. “At first, most people assume we’re a logistics company — we are not. Yes, we distribute a lot of product, and we manufacture a lot of product, but what a lot of people don’t know until they order from us is that we are a solution center.

“Often, customers call with problems or issues that they cannot solve,” he adds. “We, as a company, thrive on these requests. Once they learn that they can bring problems, issues, even just ideas to us, and that we have the capacity to solve almost any situation, we earn their trust and create a potential long-term relationship.”

Customers can count on Anthony and his team to work through obstacles of any size, across any industry. Through his leadership, partnerships mean finding a solution, no matter the challenge.
