Hello Friends! I'm really excited to make this post!! I've seen some other agencies doing this and couldn't wait to do it up Haven House style! So.....without further ado....let me introduce you to our staff.....These are the ladies who BRING IT every single day. They are answering the phones, setting appointments, helping you find housing, accompanying you to court and helping you get protection orders, making sure our grants are on time and accurate to help keep our doors open and overall offering a safe place for healing, rest, growth and a new beginning.....I love these gals and I'm proud to work with each and everyone one of them....

If someone says they love you—but you feel smaller every day—pay attention.

Emotional abuse isn’t just “a bad argument.” It’s a pattern of control using shaming, constant criticism, blame, manipulation, and gaslighting to make you doubt yourself and rely on them.

It often starts subtly: jealousy framed as “caring,” checking your phone “for reassurance,” or pressuring you to spend less time with friends. Over time, it can grow into isolation, threats, and coercive control—and in some cases, it can escalate into physical violence.

Help and healing are possible 💜 Building a safety plan and connecting with supportive advocates can make leaving safer and help you rebuild your confidence and independence.

🌿 Family Fun is Coming to the Pickaway County Fairgrounds! 🦓

Join the community for Pickaway County Wild and Well Family Fun Day on Saturday, April 4 from 11 AM–3 PM at the Pickaway County Fairgrounds in Circleville. Families can enjoy activities like face painting, bounce houses, games, Disney princess appearances, a scavenger hunt, and more.

This free event is hosted by Pickaway County Family and Children First Council and Pickaway Health Network as part of Child Abuse Prevention Month, bringing families together for a day focused on health, wellness, and fun.
