🌸 The Annual Flower Sale Has Come to an End 🌸

This past week on Friday, April 10th Circleville Firefighters ( Captain Mike Shroyer, Captain Scott Cavanaugh, and Lieutenant Chris Kent) along with Fire Chief Brian Thompson attended Koorsen Fire and Security training at The Ohio State University. Although not all of our CFSI’s could attend this year’s training it was very beneficial to some of our Certified Fire Safety Inspectors. The course covered commercial kitchens, commercial kitchen hoods, mobile kitchens (food trucks), sprinklers systems, etc. While on lunch we did have the opportunity to walk around the stadium. Here are some photos from that. We look forward to sending other CFSI’s next year. As always stay safe.

Around 6:45 pm Circleville Firefighters were dispatched to the 400 block of East Main St on a report of a structure fire in a multi family building. On arrival Circleville Firefighters found smoke coming from the side of the building. With quick work Circleville Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire before the fire made its way into the apartments and with minimal damage to the exterior of the building. No injuries to firefighters or residents. Thank you to our mutual aid partners for assistance.
