The WHADC is a community based non-profit organization working to create and support a drug-free community through effective communication, inter agency collaboration and responsible action. The coalition is comprised of a diverse group of individuals who have volunteered to collaborate in improving the quality of life in the Cincinnati Walnut Hills area. As a coalition, we strive to build up not only the community, but the people within that community.
