It’s Team & Popcorn Friday at the Y! 🎉

Every Friday in September, wear your favorite team colors, bring your team spirit, and come hang out with your Y family for a little fellowship, fun, and of course… a snack! 🍿🙌

But it’s about more than just cheering for our favorite teams. 💙 We’re also creating opportunities to connect, serve, and make a difference in our community.

When Mother Nature turns up the heat and the outside starts feeling like a frying pan, we have one simple suggestion:

COME TO THE Y! 😎💦

Why sweat it out when you can beat the heat with your YMCA family?

❄️ Cool off in the A/C
💦 Make a splash in the pool
🏋️ Get your workout in without melting
👟 Join a class and move with your Y crew
🧘 Take it easy and enjoy some time inside
👋 Hang out with your Y family and enjoy a safe, cool space

And remember: hydration is always in season! 💧 Drink plenty of water, take breaks, listen to your body, and don’t try to win a battle against the heat.

Spoiler alert: the heat always wins. 😂

So skip the sauna disguised as your backyard and come hang with us at the Y!

Because when the weather says, “Let’s cook!”
The YMCA says, “Nah… we’ve got A/C.”😎❄️❤️

💙 And here’s the most important part: If you or anyone in our community needs a place to escape the heat and cool down, our YMCA lobby is open as a cooling space. No workout required. No membership required. Just come in, cool off, hydrate and take a break from the heat.

📅 Last Week Outdoor Pool Season: August 31–September 7
⏰ Monday–Friday: 5:00–9:00 AM & 3:30–7:45 PM
🌊 Saturday: 11:00 AM–7:45 PM
☀️ Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:45 PM
🇺🇸 Labor Day, September 7: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
💦 9:00 AM Shallow Deep Water class will be in the outdoor pool for the week. All other scheduled classes will be in the indoor pool.

With everyone back to school, it’s time for a little pool schedule update! Here’s what you need to know now through September 7:

🏊 INDOOR POOL
Back open today with normal daily hours!
*Reserve all your lap swimming lanes on the MyY! app.

🌊 OUTDOOR POOL
Monday–Friday: 5:00–9:00 AM (no baby pool) & 3:30–7:45 PM (Baby Pool open during these hours)
Saturday: 7:00-11:00 AM (Long Course Lap Swim), 11:00 AM–7:45 PM (Open Family Swim & Baby Pool)
Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:45 PM (Open Family Swim)

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY — Monday, September 7
