Some of the most important aspects of women’s health remain the least addressed in clinical care.

The Women’s Health Update is a one-day, case-based CME designed to bring these topics into clearer focus, alongside menopause, metabolic health, and breast cancer risk, in a format grounded in real clinical practice.

Dr. Sameena Rahman will be part of the faculty contributing to these discussions, bringing clinical perspective to areas that are often under-addressed in practice.

Women’s health deserves more than fragmented care and outdated education.

For too long, women have been underrepresented in research, overlooked in diagnosis, and expected to “push through” symptoms that deserve attention.

At HERmedicine, we believe evidence-based women’s healthcare should be accessible, comprehensive, and centered around the realities women actually face.

This Women’s Health Month, we’ve continued the work of closing the gap — through education, advocacy, and community.

Because women deserve better. And better is possible.

Hot flashes. Painful s*x. Brain fog. Fatigue. Anxiety. Weight changes. Sleep disruption.

Women are often told these symptoms are “just part of life.”

But normalization is not the same thing as proper care.

During Women’s Health Month, we’re advocating for evidence-based conversations, informed clinicians, and care that actually listens to women.

You deserve to be heard.
And you deserve options.
