The UC SWE team is dedicated to helping women in engineering not only in our UC program, but in the Cincinnati community. Through our attendance in the National and Regional Conferences and outreach in our community, we bond as a group and get involved. We work on career development with companies and within our own section and have many bonding opportunities with leadership retreats and social ev

ents. Through our service to the community with Middle and High School Outreach programs and other various service projects we try to make in impact in the lives of others in our community while trying to work towards the greater goal of bonding as a group and experiencing SWE as a whole collegiality and professionally.

Today is a very exciting day! We're hosting the Region G 2016 Conference at UC and we're celebrating our 40th charter anniversary from our section founding in 1976. Hope everyone has a great day visiting Cincinnati and enjoys this year's conference!
