Over a year ago, I approached The University of Cincinnati to discuss starting an organization based on the Wolverine Support Network (umichwsn.edu) at The University of Michigan. I am very excited to announce that the Bearcat Support Network is now an official organization at UC that is getting ready to launch.
With that I am thrilled to say that The Josh E. Levine Foundation Bearcat Support Network Fund ( yes, it's long) is the newest fund at UC.

I applaud the students of the IFC for self-monitoring before more tragedies occur. It's about having fun, yet staying safe and preventing alcohol related sexual assaults as well as other alcohol related incidents.
"It's fun until...".

The suspension of parties and pledging activities at most of the school’s fraternities was the latest effort at major universities to curtail the excesses of Greek life.

It's been a busy few weeks filled with several great events. Thank you to Noah Ganz who got the ball rolling and Dean Jana Lynn Patterson from Elon University in North Carolina who graciously hosted an event.

Also big thanks to Clare Blankemeyer and Shannon Yung from the Mayerson Foundation in Cincinnati who included me in their Mayerson Student Service Leadership Workshop.
And thank you to Meghan Grenier from Pi Beta Phi as well as Phi Mu, Beta Theta Pi, Theta Chi and Anthony Williams from the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Cincinnati for inviting me to be the keynote speaker for all of the new members of Greek Life at the University of Cincinnati in addition to a session with all the Greek Life officers.

Sometimes all it takes is for a student's voice to be the one that makes the initial contact with a school on my behalf. It's that voice that's often heard more loudly and effectively to make a difference.

All of these organizations are filled with wonderful students who want to make the world a better place and they are showing it every day.

Today Josh would have turned 25 which has become an extremely bittersweet day. While it's essential to remember messages that come from how Josh died and to be reminded that one fleeting choice can have permanent consequences, it is also imperative to remember that he lived fully, loved deeply, and cared intensely. Let's do these three things as we work to prevent more tragedies.

Having to follow a fraternity serenading a sorority is not the easiest task, but the women of Kappa Delta at Ohio State were fabulous which made for a wonderful event. Thank you Alex Abel and Annie Fowler for making a great evening happen.
