Our youth deserve a voice in shaping the policies that affect their lives.
Our partner Hopeful Empowered Youth (HEY!) is building a Policy Team co-led by young people and community partners—and you’re invited to join!

The team will identify youth policy priorities, learn about advocacy, and engage with policymakers to help create the conditions that support youth mental wellbeing across Greater Cincinnati.

At bi3, we believe lasting change starts with listening to young people and working together to build systems that meet their needs.

Everyone deserves to feel connected, supported and hopeful.
On World Mental Health Day, we’re reminded that mental wellbeing is shaped by the places we live, learn, work and connect—from welcoming schools and supportive workplaces to stable housing and accessible care.

At the bi3 Fund, we support partners working alongside communities to strengthen these building blocks and make mental health support easier to access.

Together, we can create a community where everyone has a fair and just opportunity to thrive. That starts with listening, building belonging and ensuring support is there when people need it.

Feeling energized and inspired! 🔥

The bi3 team and our guests enjoyed a day of learning, connection and powerful conversations at the F.I.R.E. Conference.
When women have opportunities to connect, share their experiences and lead, our whole community benefits. Creating the conditions for health and wellbeing includes building spaces where people feel supported, valued and heard.

We left with fresh perspectives, stronger connections and renewed energy to work together toward a community where everyone has a fair and just opportunity to thrive.

The bi3 Fund, HealthPath Foundation of Ohio and Interact for Health are offering $40,000 grants over 18 months, along with training and shared learning, to help organizations strengthen community-driven data and evaluation.

A new space for mothers to feel seen, supported and connected is open in Hamilton! 💜

Every family deserves a fair and just opportunity for health and wellbeing. We were proud to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for The Shiloh Center for Maternal Mental Wellness at the Booker T Washington Community Center, joined by bi3 Fund team members Jena Bradley and Marian Black and community partners.

Supported by a $500,000 bi3 grant, the Center offers therapy, healing circles, education and other resources from pregnancy through three years postpartum. Its culturally affirming approach centers Black and brown mothers and birthing people while welcoming all local mothers.

Congratulations to The Shiloh Center and the Great Miami Valley YMCA on creating a place where mothers can find care, connection and community.

A new paper from FSG Reseach, The Funder’s Palette: A Spectrum of Approaches for Systems Change, highlights the bi3 Fund and our partners as examples of systems change in action—from centering young people in decision-making through Hopeful Empowered Youth (HEY!) to advancing policies and community-led efforts that help mothers, babies and families thrive.
