Thanks to the fabulous Bridget M. Henson, I will be teaching a non heated yoga class at 1:30pm on July 21st at Simply Power Yoga - Central. ALL proceeds from the $10 minimum are going to Fernside, a center for grieving children. Help me celebrate the life of Caesar S. Carnevale while raising money for a organization that guided, supported, and loved us as we navigated down the road of life after Caesar’s passing. Excited that Juice Bar Anderson is joining in the fun, providing samples and items to sell after class.
**Can’t make the class and still want to donate...AWESOME...there will be a jar at the studio set out for collection. **

**Luminary event - Sunday, December 17th, light at dusk (around 5:30 pm)
