Our Offices Will Be Closed in Observance of Juneteenth

On Friday, June 19, our offices will be closed as we honor Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and progress.

As an organization committed to ensuring access to care for all, we recognize the importance of reflecting on our shared history while continuing to work toward a healthier, brighter future for our communities.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, June 22.

One year. Countless lives touched.

Our Street Medicine team has spent the past year doing what we believe healthcare should always do, go to the people.

From sidewalks to shelters, encampments to community corners, care didn’t wait for a clinic visit. It showed up. We’re proud of every connection made, every barrier broken, and every patient who trusted us along the way.

This is just the beginning. In early April, the team met for its second retreat to celebrate the milestone and successes, discuss challenges, and strategic plan to help break down even more barriers in year two!

Our Dental Van is on a roll!

We’re excited to share a snapshot from our very first visit to BrightView and what a great start it was! In just one day, we were able to care for 6 new patients, bringing much-needed dental services directly to the community.

This is exactly what it’s all about: meeting people where they are and making care more accessible.

Great news: we’re headed back!
