Congrats to Zoe Shook for being awarded the 2023 RAA Scholarship! We want to recognize Zoe's service to Cincinnati, the University, and the Rabirius Chapter.

"Community development and service is a big interest of mine, and I intend to use my architecture degree to improve the profession by teaching, and work at a firm that is devoted to community development. At previous internships I've worked on research to develop the arts world in Cincinnati, created a temporary linear park for the City of Cincinnati, and worked at a local historic museum. I've also volunteered for arts service organizations, and I have plans to help repaint and restore a historic building for White Water Village this semester."

As many of you know the Rabirius chapter is getting ready to move out of the house. They are having a clean out day, complete with a dumpster, on the 3rd. If you have any availability to stop by and help out it would be greatly appreciated! We are offering food as a bribe 🙂

Hello! Two pieces of pre-convention information to share:

1. RAA Board positions are open for election! We are looking for nominations for President, Treasurer, and a Director-At-Large (Scholarship). Please consider nominating yourself or another member who would like to shape the next steps of the Association!

2. We are planning to host a convention primer meeting this Sunday. A zoom link will go out in the next day or so!

3. We're working to schedule our annual meeting sometime in April. If you have any suggestions, please let us know!

Applications are currently being accepted for the John Ross Scholarship. All collegiate brothers are encouraged to complete the online application via Memberplanet.

Twenty years ago, our founding class was initiated, marking the beginning of the Rabirius Chapter. Since we can’t meet in person this year, we wanted to hold a virtual celebration. Please join us, Saturday, December 19 at 3pm EST to celebrate this amazing milestone.

We’d love it if you would bring a couple pictures and a story or two about your time at APX, or how it has impacted your life. Over 20 years so much changes, it’ll be great to see where our membership started all the way to our newest alumni.
