Hard work. Dedication. Brotherhood.

Today we’re proud to recognize four Local 265 apprentices who officially graduated and completed their apprenticeship program. These men put in the hours, learned the trade, and earned their place as skilled laborers.

A special thank you to our statewide apprenticeship coordinator, Vince Irwin, and Local 265 apprenticeship coordinator Nikki Crenshaw for their leadership, guidance, and commitment to developing the next generation of skilled workers.

This is what building the future looks like—strong, trained, and ready to get to work.

Laborers Local 265 partnered up with the Cincinnati VA and the Cincinnati Building trades for our annual car show put on for the VA assisted living community. It was a good time, and we can't wait to do it again next year!
