BSP Cincy was proud to be in the room supporting our very own as they showed up and showed out on the Breaking Barriers panel. Spaces like this matter — where women in sports are leading, sharing, and opening doors in real time.

Huge shoutout to Shaumia for pouring into the conversation and representing at the highest level, and to Jalynn Britt for bringing this vision to life alongside FC Cincinnati and P&G. The impact of this event was felt across the room.

Grateful to witness such powerful voices, meaningful dialogue, and the continued elevation of women in sports and business.

BSP Cincy had the opportunity to have a guided tour of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, which is intentionally placed between the Reds and Bengals stadiums.

Cincinnati was the gateway to freedom, but right across the river in Kentucky, it was the heart of the slave trade.

It is imperative that we understand the ground we stand on and to invite allies to seek understanding for themselves.
