🍎 BACK 2 SCHOOL SUCCESS! 🍎

Points 2 Success is proud to have provided nearly 50 youth with essential back to school needs this year, setting them up to start the school year strong and confident.

This kind of impact only happens because of community. Thank you to our generous sponsors, everyone who gave through our Amazon wishlist, and our local donors who stepped up to make this possible. Along with a lot of amazing people who volunteered their time to prepare for this amazing giveaway!

Because of YOU, nearly 50 students are walking into this school year prepared and supported.

💙 Thank you for believing in our youth.

As we continue striving to make a meaningful impact in our community as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Points 2 Success has had an incredible year. We have donated to hundreds of youth, helping ensure they have the opportunity to play the game of baseball on teams, and we have also provided scholarships and ongoing support to several of our college athletes.

As summer nears its end, we are now turning our attention to our 2nd Annual Back 2 School project. Last year, we were able to serve 50 students in grades 4 through 6. This year, our goal is to expand that impact and serve 100 students across neighboring communities.

🚨 Honoring a legend. 🚨

Points 2 Success is on a mission to put minority youth into sports they’re often left out of. For the last few years we’ve built something special with the Driving Park Community Center Baseball program, and none of it happens without our guy Dealow Morgan. Mr. Morgan pours into this community every single day and we see it. We appreciate you. 🙏

This season we wanted to do more than say thank you. We wanted to honor the game itself. So we’re paying tribute to a Black baseball legend who’s given his whole life to this sport as a player, mentor, and manager: Dusty Baker. New jerseys, same mission: put our kids in position to succeed.

More reps. More representation. More bases. ⚾️

Thank you to Dealow Morgan, Columbus ParksandRecreation, and the City of Columbus - City Hall!

From a virtual meeting to real-world impact, THIS is what community looks like.

Back in November, a high school student named Nikhil reached out to Points 2 Success with a vision. A vision so aligned with our mission that we knew immediately this was something special.

Through our Push 2 Play initiative, we're on a mission to encourage minority youth athletes to step into underrepresented sports. So when Get Sharp Soccer and Working Goals came together under Push 2 Play:Kicks 4 Kids, it wasn't just a partnership it was PURPOSE in motion.

For 6 weeks, Nikhil rallied volunteers week after week, showing up consistently and passionately for the youth of Mt. Airy. We combined the beautiful game of soccer with meaningful educational programming, and the result?

Smiles. Laughter. Memories that will last a lifetime.

To every student at Mt. Airy —
YOU were the reason we showed up. Watching you grow, laugh, and thrive over these past six weeks has been one of the greatest honors. We hope you carry these moments with you always. Thank you for letting Points 2 Success, Working Goals, and Get Sharp Soccer be a part of your spring.

This is what happens when young leaders dream big and communities rally together. Nikhil, we see you !

In 2023, we launched Points 2 Success, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping minority youth athletes and their families navigate the challenges of pursuing athletic excellence in underrepresented sports. Our mission is to equip young athletes with the knowledge, support, and guidance needed to develop into college-level competitors.

Each year, our impact grows as we expand our programming and create meaningful opportunities for youth. In which you will see upon viewing our Annual video . We are truly grateful for the partnerships, donors, and grants that make this work possible.

Many employers offer matching gifts through corporate giving platforms such as Guidestar and Benevity, allowing your donation to go even further!

As we close out the year, we invite you to support our “Giving Projects” and fuel our momentum as we push toward an even stronger 2026.

Points 2 Success was awarded a 2025 Summer Youth Grant from the City of Columbus, enabling us to deliver our Health 4 Wealth programming. With each endeavor all we can do is try to close the gap on at-risk youth and what they are learning to make a positive impact on their lives.

This program would not have been possible without being one of the 101 Grant Recipients. We are thankful for this opportunity from the City of Columbus, and Mayor Andrew Ginther.

We look forward to working with you all again!

Yesterday we held our annual “Kicks4Kids” programming. Athletes came from all over the city to work up a sweat. We were fortunate to have Get Sharp Soccer and DMEFitness work with the youth. Thank you Hamilton County, Ohio - Government for your support on this grant to allow such an impactful program!
