This month, we are honoring the incredible life and legacy of LOCAL 12, WKRC-TV, medical reporter Liz Bonis Local 12 News by sharing her incredible stories.

Over the years, Liz dedicated her platform to sharing our clients' stories with deep compassion, integrity, and purpose. Her impact on our community and the lives she helped elevate is truly immeasurable. We are profoundly grateful for her kindness, advocacy, and unwavering support.

Staff (and their tiniest family members) from our Court Clinic Treatment division proudly supported our partner, the Hamilton County Drug Treatment and Recovery Court, at its 5th Annual "Beyond the Courthouse Steps" event.

This family-friendly event brought the community together to connect individuals and families with valuable resources, support, and hope. We are grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside our partners in helping strengthen our community and improve access to care and recovery services.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re grateful to our long-time community partner, Interact for Health, for inviting the community to participate in this important initiative supporting healthier communities across Greater Cincinnati.

We’re encouraging our staff, clients, partners, and community members to take part in Generation Be There, A free online training that helps people recognize and respond to someone who may be struggling with their mental health.

Now, we’re asking you to join us.

This two-hour course builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to support others with care and compassion. Sometimes simply knowing how to respond can make a meaningful difference.

Together, we can help create a stronger, more informed, and more supportive community for everyone. Please consider participating and sharing the opportunity with others.

The conversation around mental health is growing. Young people are finding the courage to share their struggles and ask for support, but often their friends and families don’t know how to respond. Jack.org and Born This Way Foundation are working to change that.
